"Karen was so awesome and helpful with all our questions and planning our family vacation to Disney World! It didn't matter what day it was or the time difference she always got back to us that day or evening. When we had issues with the Disney app with sharing with other family she was so kind enough to send us a video on how to do it. If we couldn't figure it out she would walk us through it by the phone. Karen sent us message to make sure we were are having a fabulous time at Disney. On top of it we had a wonderful box of goodies when we check in. Bty: I messaged her all the time asking questions, she never once got upset with us. She the sweetest person. I would differently go through her again for traveling. BEST EVER"
